*About the ICA
The Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA) is the association that represents Canada’s communication and advertising agencies. Member agencies and their subsidiaries account for over 80% of all national advertising in Canada, and the industry has an economic impact of $19 billion annually. ICA promotes higher standards and best practices, and serves as the largest source of industry information, advice and training. FFWD Advertising & Marketing Week is a major initiative that the ICA proudly spearheads to galvanize our industry and to demonstrate the economic value that it provides. Groundbreaking thought leadership events, such as FutureFlash, are also key to the value that ICA provides for its member agencies. The ICA is also proud to support women in the communications industry through its new initiative, Ad Women of Toronto. Each year, ICA member agencies donate millions of dollars in pro bono work to help support over 100 charities and non-profit agencies across Canada.
